JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS The Sexual Assault Forensic Examination-Telehealth (SAFE-T) Center within the Nese College of Nursing is seeking applicants for a Part-Time Legal Research Support position to research legal challenges and settlements related to poor healthcare and sexual assault or forensic care. Job duties to include: Research legal challenges and settlements related to healthcare and forensic care. Prepare written summaries to document research findings. Maintain an organized log of cases and sources. Communicate findings to project lead. Participate in periodic check-in meetings as needed. Requirements, qualifications, and/or competencies: Strong legal research and writing skills. Familiarity with researching legal databases. Preference given to law students or others with legal background. Must have access to legal search engines such as LexusNexus, Westlaw, etc. Schedule: Approximately 5-10 hours/week.
