Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include:

Requirements

  • A current RN license in New York and at least two years of RN experience
  • IV certification and experience with central line care and management
  • Strong medical‑surgical, phlebotomy, and venous access knowledge

  • Excellent assessment, documentation, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Clear, compassionate communication with patients, caregivers, and providers
  • Comfort managing care in high‑stress or urgent home‑based situations
  • Willingness to travel to patient homes and healthcare facilities
  • Preferred (but not required):
  • Bachelor's degree
  • RN licensure in additional states
  • Prior experience in home infusion therapy
  • PICC, port, or midline experience and certification

Schedule: Monday through Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time Location: LUX Infusion Pharmacy is seeking a Full‑Time Infusion Nurse to see patients in their homes in Albany, NY . Work location is subject to change based on business needs. On‑Call Requirement: Participation in the on‑call rotation is required. It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role would be on‑call approximately once every eight (8) weeks , covering two (2) weekdays per month and one (1) weekend .
