Additional Information

The Executive, Sales is part of the Sales Team that focuses on achieving sales targets and increasing revenue and market shares for a Singapore cluster's portfolio of serviced residences and hotels. He or she will report to the Country Director, Sales. Job Responsibilities 1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, aligned with Company's direction and growth 2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market segment/s and/or territories 3. Solicit and develop new Accounts within the assigned market segment/s and/or territories 4. Foster and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction 5. Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences 6. Present findings and recommendations of market research to Management to facilitate informed and timely decision-making 7. Input sales forecasts, pipeline updates and market intelligence into Customer Relationship Management software 8. Ensure prompt payment collection by facilitating communications between Finance, client and/or intermediaries 9. Conduct site inspection of hotel/s and residences, as required by clients 10. Prepare sales proposals and quotations for self and Assistant Managers, Managers, Senior Managers and Assistant Directors of Sales 11. Represent The Ascott Limited in promotional events and trade shows 12. Collaborate with Revenue Management and Global Sales teams to maximise yield and market outreach
