EUC Team Lead Important Information Location: Singapore 12 months contract Job Summary We're looking for a hands-on IT Support Engineer to lead a small team and keep our systems, applications, and infrastructure running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for technical issues, IT projects, and documentation while ensuring end-users get fast, reliable support. Job Description Lead and manage a small team, providing guidance and support as needed Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software and networking Install and configure hardware and software applications Monitor and maintain applications and systems to ensure their smooth functioning Collaborate with teams to implement and maintain IT projects Document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs Provide technical support for any IT-related matters or issues Continuously update technical knowledge and skills Lead and manage a small team, providing guidance and support as needed.
