About the role
We're looking for an Onsite Compliance Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support onsite execution of the Strategic Client's vehicle compliance program by performing document processing, registration support, and compliance preparation activities. You will ensure vehicles are compliant, documentation is accurate, and operational workflows are executed efficiently to support timely vehicle deployment. This role operates as an individual contributor under the guidance of the Program Manager and collaborates with onsite team members and internal partners.
Responsibilities
- Receive, intake, scan, and store compliance documents (titles, MSOs, registrations).
- Update internal systems (CMS, tracking tools) with accurate compliance data.
- Maintain organized and audit-ready digital and physical records.
- Support new registrations, renewals, and interstate transfers.
- Validate documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to submission.
- Prepare in-vehicle compliance packets (registration, insurance, permits) and ensure all required documents are complete prior to shipment.
- Package and label materials by VIN for distribution to sites.
- Receive, verify, and label license plates and materials, and track and organize inventory of compliance materials.
- Process inbound and outbound mail, support shipment tracking and coordination, and escalate discrepancies or issues to management.
Requirements
- High school diploma/equivalent required.
- 2 years' professional experience in office environment.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or compliance-related role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume, process-driven work.
- Ability to come to the office and perform work, on regularly scheduled days/hours.
- Education: College/University degree preferred.
- Automotive industry experience highly desired.
- Experience with document processing or data entry preferred.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks.
