MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS ● CPA required. ● Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred). ● 7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience. ● Strong background in SEC reporting and U.S. GAAP. ● Experience in public accounting (Big 4 or national firm) and/or public company reporting. ● Hands-on experience preparing Forms 10-K and 10-Q. ● Excellent written communication skills with demonstrated ability to draft clear disclosures.
