Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional design experience in-house, at agencies, or freelance
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, strategic thinking, and execution across digital and print channels
- Experience designing for healthcare, science, biotech, or technology sectors a strong plus
- Background working across multiple formats: digital advertising, print collateral, motion graphics, social media, and video
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Experience with motion and video tools: After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms
- Understanding of design systems, component libraries, and scalable brand guidelines
