Manufacturing - Quality Engineer - Linkou

Responsibilities

• Evaluate process performance for the purpose of identifying required problem solving, improvements and opportunities
• Analyze source of cause for material quality issues and drive for improvement to achieve first-time-right and zero defect
• Communicate with internal customers (factory wise) to get quality feedback and leading solution to reach zero defect
• Contribution with the capabilities of Quality Mindset, Issue Resolution, Quality Control and Quality Assurance in the organization
• As the staff of Quality manager with certain level of Quality vision and knowledge to develop the team
• Capable being the backup of Quality manager and building the network to connect global/manufacturing quality
• Lead the tasks for ISO-9001 internal/external audit, drive for actions and follow up the improvement status to ensure the compliance
• Education and Experience
• Bachelor degree or above
• 10+ years relevant experience in hi-tech manufacturing environment with a focus on quality engineering, reporting
• Preferably leadership in semiconductor industry
• Seniority experience in supplier management, manufacturing, logistics, development & engineering
