About the role

【About the Role】 CASETiFY is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager with the experience in inventory management (covering both retail stores and warehouses) and global import procedures. In this role, you will be responsible for inventory-related month-end closing, ensuring accuracy in billing, and overseeing invoice booking for the Taiwan entity. While based in Taiwan, you will also support the Global Finance Team on key inventory management and optimization projects. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting our global expansion. 【Responsibilities】 1. Inventory management: - Review monthly inventory reports to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation of quantity and unit price across all locations. - Plan the periodic physical inventory counts and establish standardized SOPs. Conduct the analysis for inventory variances and improve the inventory turnover. - Assist in the integration of "Billing, Receiving, and Shipping" reconciliation processes for into the ERP system to accelerate monthly closing. - Responsible for monthly reconciliation between purchase invoices and import declarations. - Perform the COGs calculations and gross margin analysis across various sales channels. Prepare management reports to support strategic decision-making. - Assist overseas branches in optimizing inventory control processes and cost analysis modules. 2. Accounting Operation & Compliance Review: - Assist in reviewing daily accounting entries for Taiwan operations to ensure compliance with GAAP and local tax regulations. - Conduct the monthly inventory and cost-related accounting procedures to ensure the accuracy of cost reflections across all channels. - Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits and data preparation. - Ad-hoc project support assigned by the manager. 【Requirements】 1. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or accounting firm, with at least 2 years specializing in inventory management and cost accounting. 2. Experience in e-commerce business, retail industry or global accounting is an advantage. 3. Knowledge of Accounting Software; Knowledge in Netsuite accounting system is a plus. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
