Responsibilities
- As a SOC Analyst, you'll be at the front line of customer defence - turning signals into decisions and keeping threats out.
- Monitor & triage security alerts across SIEM, EDR/XDR, and other telemetry to separate real threats from noise.
- Investigate security incidents end-to-end, determine impact and scope, and drive containment and response.
- Hunt for threats proactively and help tune detection rules, use cases, and correlation logic to cut false positives.
- Communicate clearly with customers - write up findings, recommendations, and incident reports they can act on.

- Solid understanding of SIEM and EDR/XDR concepts, log analysis, and common attack techniques (e.g. MITRE ATT&CK)
- Working knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux internals, and cloud security fundamentals
- Ability to prioritise, document clearly, and stay sharp during high-tempo incidents
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian
