Responsibilities
- Research and interpret trends in color, yarns, stitches, and silhouettes to support seasonal concept.
- Create and update technical sketches and tech packs, from proto to bulk hand-off
- Upload and manage all design information in BeProduct PLM, including CADs, BOMs, and tech packs
- Partner cross-functionally with Fabric Sourcing, Product Development, and Merchandising to ensure alignment on product execution, costing, and timelines
- Lead and participate in fittings, providing clear direction on fit, proportion, and construction
- Manage seasonal timelines and workflow to support on-time development and production
- Collaborate closely with senior design leadership to build a cohesive, brand-right assortment
- What you'll have:
- 5+ years of experience in Fashion Design, with a focus on Knits and Sweaters
- Strong understanding of knit fabrications, yarns & stitches, garment construction and fit
- Proficiency in BeProduct PLM system (or similar PLM software)
- Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong CAD skills with an exceptional eye for detail and color
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within seasonal deadlines
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively across teams
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
- We aim to pay competitively for our size and industry. The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 USD, but we will consider location, skill level and experience to determine the final offer.
