About Our Team: Our London Cost Management team is part of one of the largest multi-disciplinary practices in the UK. We have over 120 professionals from Trainees to Directors. You will be joining a team of like-minded experts that have a passion for innovation and delivering cutting edge solutions. As a Senior Project Surveyor, you will work as part of the team to help deliver all aspects of quantity surveying from inception of a project through to completion. You will work on a number of projects, varying in complexity, ranging in value from £5m - £500m. Job Responsibilities: Approach to all projects requires a high degree of flexibility and creativity, excellent presentational skills and an ability to communicate effectively with clients and consultants. The successful candidate shall be charged with the delivery of Cost Management Services within our Client focused and highly motivated professional team. They should: Lead and Deliver: Drive project delivery on our cost management commissions to meet time, budget, and quality requirements, while fostering collaboration among clients, consultants, contractors, and team members. Client-Centric Excellence: Strengthen client relationships by delivering an exceptional service, aligning project outcomes with client objectives and contributing to the business' growth. Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and support junior members of our team in their career development, contribute to talent development initiatives and champion a positive, high-performance team culture. Industry Engagement and Growth: Support bids and business development activities, engage with industry forums and networking events, and take ownership of your professional growth and knowledge-sharing within the organisation. Ready to push the limits of what's possible? Here's what we're looking for: Experience and technical knowledge in cost management within the built environment or construction industry. Degree Qualified - BSc or MSc - in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management. Professional accreditation (e.g. RICS, CIOB) achieved or commitment to achieve one Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, workstreams and stakeholders. Demonstrate leadership potential and good client relationship management. Passionate about delivering high-quality consulting services, and comfortable in the role of consultant. Be proactive, solution-oriented and adaptable to changing circumstances Ability to support the development of colleagues, particularly towards professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB).
