We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Parts Counter Person to assist service technicians and team members in finding the appropriate accessories and order parts for repairs and upgrades to consumer vehicles. Job Responsibilities: Assist customers, technicians and sales consultants with their auto parts questions and needs, either in person or via the telephone Handle cash and other purchasing transactions Operate the electronic and paper cataloging system to retrieve up-to-date parts information Effectively communicate features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers Maintain stock of the parts department by assisting with shipping and receiving and will maintain the parts database. Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance always
