Data Analyst Technical Lead (Alteryx)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain workflows using Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server
• Build automated ETL/data transformation pipelines for enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including databases, cloud platforms, APIs, Excel, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Optimize existing Alteryx workflows for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business users, data analysts, and BI teams to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• Develop reusable workflow components, macros, and data quality frameworks.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and transformation activities.
• Support reporting and visualization platforms such as Oracle BI ,**Power BI** at times .
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Mentor junior developers and support team capability building.
• Work closely with Data Engineering and Data Warehouse teams to support enterprise data initiatives.
• Primary Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in **Alteryx Designer**
• Experience with **Alteryx Server / Gallery**
• Workflow optimization and automation expertise
• Strong ETL and Data Integration knowledge
• Data preparation and transformation expertise
• Alteryx certifications preferred:
• Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
• BTECH/MCA
