Responsibilities

  • Coordinate media coverage and photography for major events, programmes and
  • milestones.
  • Events & Campaign Communications
  • Lead the marketing and communications strategy for fundraising events, community
  • initiatives and campaigns.
  • Oversee the production of event-related communication materials and
  • promotional assets.
  • Support donor engagement through effective storytelling and campaign messaging.
  • Publications & Collateral
  • Lead the development and production of the organisation's Annual Report and key publications.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, reports,
  • presentations, videos and digital assets.
  • Ensure all materials present a clear, consistent and positive image of the
  • organisation.
  • Data, Analytics & CRM
  • Track and analyse performance metrics for campaigns, social media, website traffic and email marketing.
  • Use data insights to optimise marketing strategies and improve engagement.
  • Work with fundraising or operations teams to support CRM-driven
  • communications and donor engagement initiatives.
  • Team & Vendor Management
  • Supervise the Marketing & Communications Executive and provide guidance on marketing initiatives and content creation.
  • Manage external vendors including designers, printers, photographers and
  • digital agencies when required.
  • Other Duties
  • Support cross-functional initiative within the organisation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate organisational goals into effective communication campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling
  • ability.
  • Strong digital marketing and social media management experience.
  • Proficiency with marketing and design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
  • or similar).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, website CMS and analytics tools
  • (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
  • Experience using CRM or donor management systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced
  • environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content or marketing tools is a plus.
  • Education & Experience
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Public Relations or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in marketing,
  • communications, public relations or related areas.
  • Experience in non-profit, social impact or community sector is
  • an advantage.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns, publications and digital
  • communications.

Additional Information

Job Summary Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Manager / Manager, Marketing & Communications leads the development and execution of the organisation's marketing, branding and communications strategies. The role is responsible for strengthening the organisation's brand presence, communicating its mission and impact, and engaging key stakeholders including donors, volunteers, partners, beneficiaries, the public and internal teams. This position oversees the creation and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, digital communications, media relations, storytelling, and marketing collateral to increase awareness, engagement and support for the organisation's programmes and initiatives
