- Employee Lifecycle Operations
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (communications, documentation, coordination).
- Create and update internal records for hires, terminations, and employee changes.
- Coordinate and follow up on exit interviews.
- Maintain People trackers, databases, and internal documentation.
- Operational Support to People Partners
- Provide day-to-day operational support for People initiatives and projects.
- Support Employee Opinion Survey processes (distribution, follow-ups, coordination).
- Assist with global requests (document creation, process updates, data tracking).
- Employee Experience & Culture (Operational)
- Support Company Intro sessions.
- Assist with logistics for engagement, Employer Branding, ESG, D&I, and training initiatives.
