  • Employee Lifecycle Operations
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (communications, documentation, coordination).
  • Create and update internal records for hires, terminations, and employee changes.
  • Coordinate and follow up on exit interviews.
  • Maintain People trackers, databases, and internal documentation.
  • Operational Support to People Partners
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for People initiatives and projects.
  • Support Employee Opinion Survey processes (distribution, follow-ups, coordination).
  • Assist with global requests (document creation, process updates, data tracking).
  • Employee Experience & Culture (Operational)
  • Support Company Intro sessions.
  • Assist with logistics for engagement, Employer Branding, ESG, D&I, and training initiatives.

Role Purpose This role is primarily operational and will support the day-to-day execution of People processes across the employee lifecycle. The People Care Assistant will work closely with People Partners, ensuring administrative efficiency, process follow-up, and a smooth employee experience. This position is key to enabling the team's operational capacity and allowing People Partners to focus on more strategic work.
