Reporting directly to our Manager, Operations, this role will be responsible for Vivrelle's inventory and client experience, spanning our inbound or outbound team, and is vital to supporting our large and growing member community. As the final touchpoint before our products reach members, the team is responsible for carefully preparing each order and ensuring every product meets our highest standards of quality and condition. From accurate shipping details to meticulous inspections and thoughtful packaging, our operations team ensures that every piece arrives in pristine condition, reflecting a luxury experience.
