Requirements

  • Develop seasonal and long range omni channel category strategies aligned to brand and commercial priorities.
  • Construct and lead the category strategy in the North American Marketplace, positioning Stanley as a premium lifestyle brand.
  • Conduct a comprehensive regional and seasonal analysis to advise the global briefing process, incorporating competitive market shopping and consumer insights, and identification of white space opportunities.
  • Become the go-to expert for the North American category strategy, providing valuable insights and guidance.
  • Deliver regional assortments that drive revenue and meet targets for MSRP, margin, profitability, and efficiency.
  • Support the finance and planning departments by providing product forecasts and analysis by season, category, gender, and style. Contribute to the development of the long-range plan (LRP) and annual budget. Analyze sell in and sell through to inform future line decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop seasonal storytelling and land the product with impact.
