Pool bar in the afternoon feels different from evening service. Sometimes it's calm, sometimes it's busy and loud. You stay confident, friendly and professional either way. It is service. After your shift, you don't disappear into city traffic - you walk into warm evenings, staff housing full of international colleagues and a lifestyle that feels different from home.
