Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with citizen service delivery and departmental workflows.
• Translate functional requirements into actionable features and user stories.
• Engage with end-users and stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product features.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure iterative and Agile development processes.
• Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and success metrics.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Ensure compliance with government IT standards and Agile best practices.

Requirements

• Required Technical Skills
• 14+ years of total experience, including 5+ years as Product Owner
• B.Tech/BE in CS/IT + MBA (any domain) or M.Tech/M.Sc in CS/IT
• CSPO / PMP Certified
• Experience in Agile and Scrum, including handling sprints, burndown charts, and user stories
• Experience in Government IT projects for 5+ years - Handled products with a budget of Rs 10 Cr+
• Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and sprint planning skills
• Preferred Technical Skill
• Kannada reading/writing/speaking
• Familiarity with government / public sector registration workflows and citizen service delivery models
• Agile, Scrum,CSPO / PMP Certified
