Job Description Prepare tender cost estimates, bills of quantities, and project budgets based on drawings and tender documents. Estimate material, labour, and subcontractor costs for projects. Source, evaluate, and negotiate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Support the project team to ensure client requirements and project objectives are met. Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure projects remain within budget. Prepare monthly progress valuations and forecast final project costs. Review and assess subcontractor tenders, contracts, claims, and final accounts. Certify subcontractor monthly valuations and payments. Track labour, material, and subcontractor costs and provide regular cost reports. Prepare and submit commercial and financial reports to management for review. Ensure accurate cost control and commercial management throughout the project lifecycle.
