Responsibilities

- Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Registered Pharmacy Technician licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare or specialty pharmacy experience.
- Strong computer proficiency including Windows, Excel, and Word.
- Comfortable working in a phone-based environment with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- National Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB).
- Preferred licensure in in AL, FL, TN, MT, OH, TX, or NY.
- Willingness to obtain registration in additional states.
- Knowledge of pharmacy terminology, insurance processes, medical terminology, and basic pharmaceutical law.
- If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
- For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 20 - 30 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
- This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
