About the Role: As a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a strategic role in driving organizational success by aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a Senior HRBP role Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desired Skills: Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience working in start-ups.
