Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with their inquiries related to products, services, and account management. Provide thorough explanations of company offerings and guide customers through the use of our services. Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction around each interaction. Record and document customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference and service improvement. Work collaboratively with different teams to enhance the customer experience and streamline service processes. Comply with company policies and procedures to deliver quality service consistently. Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken, is essential. Prior experience in customer support or a related field is highly desirable. Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and discretion. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
