Role Purpose Sitting at the intersection of finance, commercial operations and project delivery, our FP&A Analyst keeps the engine of our project-based services business turning. It is an excellent next step for a commercially minded, part-qualified finance professional with project consultancy experience who wants to deepen their business partnering exposure inside a purpose-driven healthcare and life sciences company. You will build and refine pricing models that shape live sales proposals, then pull complex data from across the business into a single, reliable version of the truth. You will own resource utilisation tracking - making sure projects are properly staffed and profitable - reconcile timesheets, support WIP and month-end accruals, and step into customer-facing conversations to translate the numbers into commercial narratives.
