Customer Marketing Manager Role Summary This role will be responsible for advancing and executing innovative patient solutions and multi-channel patient content & activation strategies, contributing to increasing diagnosis efforts in health systems. The role owns end-to-end patient content development, omni-channel education deployment, patient activation initiatives, diagnosis rate growth, and partnerships with 3rd-party organizations. ROLE RESPONSIBILITY ●Develop patient awareness, education & activation strategy with clear audience segmentation based on patient journey and patient insights. ●Fully leverage all kinds of platforms, including online media, social media, vertical healthcare channels and offline activities to drive massive disease education outreach and sustainable patient activation. ●Develop market research programs in terms of consumer journey and patient insights to iterate content strategy and patient activation tactics. ●Conduct all activities and make all decisions in accordance with company policies & SOPs, Pfizer Values, & regulatory guidelines. ●Coordinate with customer-facing medical, marketing and digital teams to deliver customer programs and ensure strong external stakeholder and patient engagement. ●Collaborate with external HCOs, media, digital platforms and other external partners to scale disease education and patient activation campaigns. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS ●Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced degree preferred; background in commercial, pharmaceutical or health care industry is preferred. ●3+ years of working experience in patient/consumer marketing, or consulting background with solid consumer marketing project experience. ●Ability to facilitate stakeholder & customer commitments and act on customer insights. ●Demonstrated strong commitment to integrity & compliance. ●Proactive, innovative and courageous to initiate and drive new patient content and activation projects under ambiguous business environment. ●Successful track record of navigating complex projects and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver breakthrough results. ●Proven ability to proactively lead strategic thinking, connect resources, communicate effectively and lead by influence. ●Effectively execute strategies with internal and external stakeholders. ●Fluent written and spoken English; proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
