Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Management/Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • 6-8 years experience in heavy industrial or high‑hazard manufacturing
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance strategy
  • Strong leadership, crisis management, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in HOP, system safety, and risk‑based decision‑making
  • CSP, ASP, or equivalent professional certification
  • Experience leading enterprise or multi‑site HSE initiatives
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority
