Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Design solution architecture based on requirements
• Design software architecture, in coordination with the rest of the dev team and with architects of the Suez Digital Solutions products
• Review coding standards and guidelines, in particular related to unit and integration tests and to documentation
• Develop features directly
• Lead code review and pull requests
• Review the CI/CD pipeline
• Review the software development and deployment processes to ensure maximum efficiency
• Lead the technical assessment of candidates for recruitments
• Estimate development costs and timelines for new projects or for Change Requests
• Where necessary, support the PM and System Integration Engineers in liaising with the Client IT teams

Requirements

• Frontend: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Extensive experience with AngularJS, Angular16+, and RxJS
• Backend: Strong proficiency in .NET Framework (4.8+), C#, and WCF.
• Data & API: Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and Entity Framework 6.
• Database: Proficient in SQL Server (query optimization, indexing, and schema design)
• Cloud/DevOps: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and or AWS and IIS configuration.
• Visualization: Proven experience in data-oriented web applications, containing different types of charts (e.g., Highcharts), maps, tables, etc.
• Cybersecurity: good knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, cybersecurity certification is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Good communication skills and a proven track record of accurate project estimation.

Additional Information

We are seeking a highly motivated and experience Tech Lead to conduct demanding software developments and ensure high standards of quality, maintainability, efficiency and performance. In this role, you will be responsible for designing the technical solution based on the requirements, supporting the developers in the team, reviewing their code and approving the pull requests. Working with the System Integration Engineers and the Functional team, you will lead the response to incidents that involve bugs in the application. You are also in charge of ensuring the CI/CD pipeline and the final deployments in the production are following high standards.
