Position: ServiceTitan Coach and Consultant As a ServiceTitan Coach and Consultant, your role is vital to our clients' success. You'll use your platform expertise to provide outstanding support, manage multiple projects efficiently, and ensure client satisfaction through effective ServiceTitan configurations. We place high value on individuals who are organized, people-oriented, and forward-thinking, with an ability to anticipate client needs and optimize ServiceTitan to drive growth. Key Role Focus: Coaching within all modules in ServiceTitan CRM. A primary responsibility of this role is experience with best practices and proper workflows within ServiceTitan. Experience with setting up payroll, technician mobile side, accounting, call booking, memberships, Inventory/Purchasing, Marketing Pro, Phones Pro, Scheduling Pro, etc.
