Job Description Based in Paris, the Energy Transition Investment Intern will be fully integrated into the investment team and work directly with the Partners leading the Energy Transition fund and the Sustainability Manager as well as with other team members on an ad hoc basis. The intern will contribute to the structuring and development of the fund platform. Key responsibilities include: Sourcing: In-depth analysis of targeted sectors or geographies to identify potential new investment opportunities. Participation in industry forums and energy / climate related events Fund Structuring & Fundraising Support: Support Partners in the structuring of the fund and assistance in the fundraising process by sourcing potential LPs and preparing presentation materials Assistance in the dealflow building process: sector and thematic research across energy transition, climate and decarbonization technologies, participation in select meetings with companies, advisors, and partners, preparation of investment memos ESG & Impact: Contribution to the design and structuring of the fund's impact measurement framework, including definition of methodologies and KPIs Profile we are looking for: Availability: Full-time commitment for 6 months starting Mid-June or July 2026 Education: Final year Master's student from a top-tier business, engineering or political school Experience: Previous internship in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, venture capital.
