- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI content technologies.
- Build scaleable, AI-assisted messaging framework and process that preserves a unified core narrative while adapting for channels and audiences.

Requirements
- Required
- 5+ years in editorial and writing roles. content strategy or communications.
- Demonstrated copywriting expertise, with strong command of tone, clarity, narrative structure, and messaging hierarchy.
- Hands-on experience with AI content tools, automated content workflows, and structured content systems.
- Strong understanding of content governance and brand voice.
- Systems thinking mindset and ability to design scalable content operations.
- Preferred

The Marketing Content Engineer designs the workflows, governance, and modular content structures that ensure EPIC communicates with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
