We're looking for experienced Customer Support Advisor's to help deliver brilliant experiences before, during, and after our customers' trips. You'll handle bookings, solve problems, and make sure every customer feels supported and valued.
Responsibilities
- Supporting customers via phone, email & live chat
- Managing bookings, amendments & cancellations
- Solving queries and turning problems into positive experiences
- Building rapport and spotting opportunities to add value
- Going the extra mile to exceed expectations every time
Requirements
- Customer service experience (office/contact centre)
- Great communicator with a friendly, confident manner
- Calm under pressure, empathetic, and solutions-focused
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping people
- Good IT skills and attention to detail

- Mon-Fri 8am-7pm | Sat & BH 8am-5pm | Sun 10am-4pm
