Responsibilities
- Supervise swimming and other activities in and around pool area to ensure safety of members and guests
- Assist to ensure pool regulations are being followed
- Remain alert to emergency condition and perform first aid, water rescue when necessary
- Help in pool preparation/checks/reporting when necessary
- Evacuate swimmers from the pool to safety during lightning alerts and/or heavy rain causing poor visibility
- Assist Manager in duty planning and other required administrative work
Requirements
