Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end Analyst One-on-One booking process across assigned conferences
  • Deliver an exceptional attendee experience for all clients engaging in Analyst meetings
  • Configure and manage the online scheduling platform, ensuring agendas are accurate and aligned with program and content teams
  • Conduct ongoing capacity planning to optimize Analyst availability and utilization

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, providing guidance and training on scheduling tools and processes
  • Communicate effectively across stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth program execution
  • Support the production of Analyst bio materials in partnership with Marketing and Communications
  • Conduct post-conference reporting and analysis to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure adherence to financial and expense management guidelines

The Conference Planner/One-on-One Meetings serves as the primary owner of Gartner's Analyst One-on-One meeting program, delivering a seamless and high-quality experience for conference attendees. This role is responsible for end-to-end coordination of Analyst engagements, including scheduling, calendar management, stakeholder alignment, and customer care, ensuring a best-in-class attendee experience. This position primarily supports the EMEA conference portfolio, with flexibility to assist across other regions as needed.
