Vice President, Business Systems & Transformation

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading business systems, enterprise applications, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience designing and optimizing quote-to-cash processes in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Deep knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, CCaaS/contact center solutions, billing systems, and customer support technologies.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale cross-functional transformation programs.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.
• Experience building business cases and technology roadmaps.

Additional Information

The Vice President, Business Systems & Transformation will be responsible for assessing, optimizing, and developing a long-term strategy for Lone Wolf's business systems ecosystem across the entire customer lifecycle-from quote to cash. This executive-level role will evaluate current processes, technology platforms, integrations, and organizational capabilities to create a scalable roadmap that improves efficiency, customer experience, data integrity, and business performance. The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading enterprise business systems transformations and has successfully aligned Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, Product, and Operations teams around a unified systems strategy.
