  • Fleet Management Help monitor and manage the stations fleet ensuring vehicles are properly maintained clean and available for rental
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs of vehicles
  • Assist in optimizing fleet utilization to meet customer demand and reduce idle time
  • Compliance and Safety Ensure that all operations comply with company policies industry regulations and legal requirements
  • Maintain a safe working environment for both employees and customers
  • Assist with proper documentation and recordkeeping for all transactions

Requirements

  • Experience in a supervisory or operational role, preferably in the car rental or customer service industry
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on team management and operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to support large station operations and coordinate complex support tasks
  • Ideal Experience
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within operations, car rental, transportation, or customer service environments
  • Proven track record of managing staff performance and supporting training and development
  • Experience with fleet management, sales, and compliance in a large station or similar setting
