Job Responsibilities Job Summary The Regional Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and executing a strategic communications plan that drives employee engagement and elevates market awareness in India and other rapidly growing regions - aligned with company priorities and brand. This matrixed role will work closely with local country leaders, while reporting into the Global Corporate Communications & Marketing team, ensuring local and corporate alignment. Critical success factors include the ability to navigate complex organizational challenges in a matrixed environment, exceptional communication skills and a commitment to excellence and measurement with an eye on continuous improvement. Core Responsibilities - Act as a strategic advisor to regional leaders and cross-functional teams across one or more geographical areas. - Own, develop and implement regional employee communications strategies that foster culture, engagement and alignment with business priorities. - Create communications calendar and corresponding content for internal channels (e.g., newsletters, intranet, video, town halls, leadership roadshows). - Lead the coordination and support internal events, including large-scale meetings and celebratory initiatives. - Develop and execute regional external communications plans aligned with global brand strategy, ensuring consistency, relevance and impact across India and other growing markets. To include earned and owned regional content strategy and development. - Support local brand-building initiatives and community engagement efforts, including charitable giving and regional partnerships, ensuring alignment with both the global strategy and local market needs. - Manage and collaborate with agency/creative partners to amplify brand in market. - Identify and elevate regional success stories, milestones and innovations through storytelling and proactive outreach. - Host or support customer and / or talent acquisition events. - Monitor and optimize communications based on engagement metrics and feedback. - Maintain high standards of brand consistency and corporate image across all touchpoints. - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to inform communication strategies.
