Update periodically.Maintain ongoing resident retention program under the direction of the Community/Leasing Manager. Shop competition regularly.Maintain professional appearance of the office, amenity areas, model apartments, and community. Ensure a professional appearance and manner for oneself.Performance bonus

AMLI Residential has an exciting opportunity for seasonal/temporary Leasing Consultant at AMLI Old Pasadena As the Leasing Consultant, you are responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. Our Leasing Consultants interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve the property's maximum occupancy. You also have the opportunity to plan resident events and put your marketing skills to work. Our "SMART Office" technology engages our customers and creates more sales opportunities for our leasing staff.
