Warehouse Assistant (ID: 701116)

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards for finished goods, raw materials, and packaging.
• Oversee daily warehouse receiving transactions and prepare for export processes.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute warehouse operations efficiently, utilizing systems for optimal resource management.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement in logistics and warehousing functions to fulfill production, inventory, and customer service goals.
• Monitor daily usage of materials to prevent production stoppages.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions by overseeing handover procedures and addressing outstanding issues.
• Assist the warehouse team lead in daily operations, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Perform any additional warehouse-related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum N level of education.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or warehousing within a manufacturing environment.
• Possession of a forklift license and at least 5 years of forklift operating experience.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
