The Service Manager manages and supervises the repair and maintenance of the property buildings. They ensure the timely installation of mechanical equipment and upkeep of Fairstead's property to ensure operational effectiveness. The Service Manager oversees operational efficiency of all electrical equipment and mechanical systems through inspection and repair, and ensures that the property's premises and facilities are kept clean and hygienic in alignment with Fairstead's safety policies and standards. **Sign-on Bonus $2,500: $1250 to be paid out upon onboarding and $1250 to be paid out after 90 days!
