Essential Responsibilities Project coordination - Maintain continuous communication with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and customers to ensure alignment throughout the project. Technical design - Develop piping layouts, system drawings, and component specifications; ensure compliance with NFPA, ASME, CGA, and other applicable codes. Requirements gathering - Collect and interpret customer specifications, compliance requirements, and project details. Engineering support - Perform modeling, drafting, and basic stress analysis; support fabrication, welding, and assembly considerations. Project status reporting - Present updates in cross‑functional meetings and respond to technical questions. Quality and documentation - Ensure all deliverables meet Crane Cryogenics quality standards; complete project reports, expenses, and documentation. Customer interaction - Provide timely responses, technical explanations, and product demonstrations; support quoting and cost estimation. Field and site support - Travel to job sites for evaluations, installations, and customer meetings (50-70% domestic and international travel). Cross‑functional collaboration - Work closely with design/engineering to ensure completeness before manufacturing.
