Responsibilities

- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and company procedures
- Complete relevant documentation including accident and incident forms
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and schools
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality childcare
Requirements
- Previous experience working with or coaching children (desirable)
- A positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain high safety standards
- Reliable, responsible, and able to build rapport quickly
- Energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment
- This role may also be suitable for candidates with experience as a sports coach, activity leader, playworker, childcare assistant, or youth worker.

Holiday Club Sports Coach / Activity Leader - Casual (BA15) Enthusiastic Sports Coach / Activity Leader required to deliver fun, engaging activities for children in a holiday club and wraparound care setting in Bradford-on-Avon. We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our Holiday Club team, supporting children through a range of sports, games, and creative activities in a safe and inclusive environment. Location: Bradford-on-Avon, BA15 Start Date: 20 July 2026 Contract: Casual - Holiday Club (Summer & future school holidays, with optional term-time wraparound care) Pay: £14.00 per hour (plus holiday pay) Working Hours School Holidays: 08:30 - 17:30 (Monday to Friday) Summer period: 20 July - 2 September Term Time (optional wraparound care): 07:30 - 09:00 (Breakfast Club) 15:00 - 18:00 (After School Club) Please note: Candidates must be able to commit to a minimum of three weeks during the summer holidays.
