ADMIN JOBS Prepare inventory of supplies for new site build out and projects; preparation of Purchase Order Request; verifying receipt of supplies. Monitor expenses and budget based on scheduled expenditures, cash flow and outlook; analyzing variances and timely reporting to his/her supervisor. Provides status of expenses by collecting data, interpreting and reporting summary of PO created, billing submitted and actual work completion provided. Preparation of data for payroll and timekeeping. Submission of necessary documents to government (e.g. DOLE) COMPANY NURSE Ensures effective and efficient implementation of company rules and regulation, quality policies, system and procedures. Stores, administers and monitor first aid treatments on injuries, accidents and other health related illness Conduct regular examination and check-up of employees Prepares report on maintenance of accurate nursing and medical records and up to date client's case notes Monitor project manpower Do a walkthrough/audit at project site, canteen, barracks of workers Monitor subcontractor's first-aid kit Assists the emergency response of the project site Attends to daily consultations of workers and employees on site. Acts as a first aider on-site Documentation of medical records Graduate of B.S Nursing PRC License is a must Male/Female, not more than 35 years old With at least 1 year working experience in the same field is required With exposure in construction industry is an advantage With Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training is a must Advance computer skills specially in MS Word and Excel Well versed in documentation Have good communication skills Must have the ability to keep confidential information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
