Policy Claims Representative II

Responsibilities

• Process customer requests by updating insurance policies and customer profiles accurately and efficiently
• Review and pay Texas death claims in compliance with Texas Department of Banking regulations
• Complete Texas claim reconciliations and related administrative tasks
• Facilitate timely resolution of pending claims and service requests
• Support departmental goals, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
• Share responsibility for achieving team productivity, quality, and service goals
• Generate and maintain productivity and process measurement data
• Identify, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Assist with team projects, cross-functional initiatives, and additional operational processes as needed
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy, professionalism, and customer service in all interactions

• This is the expected annual base salary range for this Batesville-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.

Policy Claims Representative II Position Overview The Policy Claims Representative II provides administrative and operational support to insurance customers as part of the In-Force Preneed Claims Team.
