Dipsatcher

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC and plumbing service technicians efficiently throughout the day
• Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules as needed
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment status and scheduling updates
• Work closely with technicians, managers, and office staff to maximize productivity
• Maintain accurate records and customer information in ServiceTitan
• Assist in managing daily call volume and scheduling priorities
• Provide exceptional customer service with every customer interaction
• Support company goals through effective communication and organization

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of dispatching experience in an HVAC, plumbing, or home services company
• Hands-on ServiceTitan experience is required
• Strong customer service background
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
