Manages subordinates and other assigned project resources. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work. Work with external parties and customers to plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with assigned projects; Establish project objectives policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications; Coordinate with engineering staff to discuss such matters as work procedures, scope-and-scheduling and work sequence, project-specific safety plans, etc.; Initiate and maintain liaison with concerned parties and other contacts to facilitate project activities; Monitor and control project site activities to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget; Develop project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms to track schedule progress in the field; and update the schedule regularly; Able to manage an ELV project, especially BMS project independently; Provide close monitoring and support (including hands-on if necessary) of project/site staff to ensure smooth and effective operation; Ensure timely completion of all projects; Monitor, review and manage operational costs and responsible for financial performance of projects; Responsible for project management including attending meetings, coordination and supervision works; Liaise with consultants, architects and contractors and handle all technical matters; Must have relevant experience in one of the following ELV fields, Building Management Systems, Security, Access Control, CCTV System or Fire Alarm System.
