POSITION SUMMARY Our Managed Services team plays a vital role in delivering reliable, secure, and high-quality messaging services to our clients. We ensure that our clients' communication campaigns run smoothly while providing responsive and professional customer support. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign delivery from setup and scheduling to monitoring performance. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for fresh graduates who are keen to build a career in customer support, operations, or digital communications. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver campaigns, while developing strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • This includes but is not limited to:
  • Configure, schedule, and send SMS campaigns according to client requirements and timelines.
  • Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to ensure campaign accuracy and compliance with regulations (e.g., TCPA, GDPR).
  • Implement a campaign using Soprano group existing tools to deliver to customer requirements.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, templates, and best practices for efficiency and consistency.
  • Ensure all messaging aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives.
  • WHAT WE'RE LOOKNG FOR
  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelor or Diploma in Business or any equivalent field.
  • Open to fresh graduates with internship/entry-level customer service experience.
  • Exposure to customer service, client support, or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Skills & Attributes
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow processes accurately.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 in particular Microsoft Word and Excel for document preparation, data entry, and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SMS marketing platforms and analytical tools a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
