Responsibilities
- Autonomously build electrical harness assemblies for aerospace and defense customers

- What you'll bring to the team:
- High school diploma or equivalent certification and 3+ years as a technician in a fast-paced production environment.
- Proficient in reading complex wire harness schematics and determining proper order of operations & relevant techniques.
- Knowledge of soldering, wire stripping, contact crimping, contact insertion and removal, harness routing and strain relief techniques is required.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, work order management, and BOM structures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and present key performance data to leadership.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a hands-on approach to solving complex manufacturing challenges.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted
- Must be able to stand for extended periods - 8 hours minimum
- Bonus Points:
- 2+ years of leadership experience, preferably within a manufacturing production environment.
- 1+ year of scheduling and task allocation experience.
- Familiarity with IPC-620 or NASA STD 8739.4.
- Has worked at a contract manufacturing company
