Responsibilities
- Lead safety management to ensure project compliance with statutory safety, health, environmental, and welfare regulations and aerodrome safety standards
- Develop and enforce health, safety, and environmental controls to ensure all work follows established procedures and instructions

- Identify and recommend areas requiring safety training or certification to meet legislative, Approved Codes of Practice, or H.S.E. guidance standards
- Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 8 years of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) experience, including supervision of projects of similar scale and complexity, especially major building construction works
- Completed at least one project as lead safety manager
- Registered with MOM as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with at least 5 years of active practice
- Minimum 3 years managing a team of site safety personnel
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in cut and cover tunnels, deep excavation, foundation, and ground improvement works, preferably 5 years with developer or main contractor
- Prior exposure to airside environments and their safety requirements
- Degree in engineering and Workplace Safety and Health disciplines or related qualifications
