About the role

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the NAVAL CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIVE SERVICE. All Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) positions are in the excepted service. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status. Initial consideration for this announcement is limited to the number of applications listed at the top of this announcement. GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Studying, analyzing, developing ways to improve management controls and program operations. Developing and recommending improvement base on accurate metrics and detailed analyses. Assisting with allocation of funds for the executive office. GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assist with studying, analyzing, developing ways to improve management controls and program operations. Developing and recommending improvement base on accurate metrics and detailed analyses.
